Take a lava lamp: wax-forms morph into one another (which is an illusory distinction, I realize), yet wax itself remains. The universe that we all are seamlessly part of - this one and only oneness - is the wax that remains. It has nowhere to go. Unborn, undying. The rest is birth and death of form. But, of course, the distinction b/w wax-substance and wax-form, between the universe and its manifestations is yet another dichotomy. Nothing but fingers pointing at the moon.
